LESSON 1 · Light, Sound & the Invisible Spectrum
The Invisible Push
An electric field is a zone of influence around any charged object. You cannot see it, smell it, or touch it — but place a charged particle inside it, and that particle gets shoved. Positive charges push other positives away. Opposites attract.

The field radiates in all directions from the charge, weakening with distance. Double your distance and field strength drops to one-quarter — it follows an inverse square law, just like gravity. Every atom in your body contains electric charges.
