Drink a hot coffee and watch the cooling curve: a fast drop at first, then slower. That curve solves a differential equation — Newton's law of cooling. Glance at your phone battery graph: the slope is the discharge rate, a derivative.
Then check an odometer and a speedometer on a drive. The speedometer reports the derivative of position; the odometer reports the integral of speed. They are the same information seen from opposite sides — and once you spot it, calculus stops being classroom symbols and starts looking like the math under every smooth, changing thing you meet.
