LESSON 6 · What Makes Us Happy?
Living Nietzsche's Philosophy
Nietzsche's ideas are often misused to justify selfishness, but his actual philosophy demands far more. Creating your own values is harder than following inherited ones. Affirming life's suffering takes more strength than avoiding it. Honest self-examination hurts more than comfortable self-deception.
The Nietzschean life means embracing difficulty as the path to growth, creating rather than merely consuming, and refusing resentment even toward those who have harmed you — because resentment poisons the resenter more than the target.
