Unspoken Messages
Important messages in a conversation are often not spoken directly. Subtext is the meaning beneath the surface - the concern hiding behind polite words. "I'm fine" may mean fine, or it may mean "I do not want to open this right now." "That's an interesting idea" may be curiosity or polite disagreement.

The jaw, shoulders, and breath often reveal tension before words do. Watch those cues as context, not as verdict. A tight jaw may mean anger, fear, fatigue, or simply a bad day.
