Recovering a lost audience is hard. Never losing them is easier. The best presenters design engagement into their delivery from the start, building attention resets, participation moments, and novelty injections at predictable intervals.

Attention tends to fluctuate the longer you talk, but there is no reliable universal dip at exactly ten minutes. Build your presentation in regular blocks, each ending with a reset: a question, a story, a format change, or a brief participation moment.
