LESSON 4 · Dating Smart After 30

Trust Your List

Write your dealbreakers down before you meet anyone. Not during the euphoria of a new connection — before.

When a dealbreaker appears, don't negotiate with it. Thank the person for their time and walk away. This isn't rigid or picky — it's self-respecting. Every month you spend trying to fix a fundamental incompatibility is a month you could have spent finding someone who actually fits your life.
