LESSON 4 · Find Your Power Voice
The Car Warm-Up Routine
Your car can be a useful warm-up space before you drive or once you are parked. With the windows up and privacy likely, you can practice exercises that feel too self-conscious anywhere else. Start with lip trills, progress to vocal sirens, and practice tongue twisters for articulation before the trip begins or after you arrive.
The key is consistency over duration. A 5-minute warm-up tied to a regular commute can build more consistency than an occasional 20-minute session. Your car becomes your personal voice studio, turning dead time into development time.
