LESSON 4 · Find Your Power Voice

Adapting Warm-Ups to Your Voice

Not every voice needs the same warm-up. If your voice tends to be naturally high-pitched, spend extra time on chest resonance exercises and low humming. If your voice tends toward monotone, practice exaggerated pitch slides. If you struggle with projection, focus on diaphragmatic breathing and forward resonance placement.

Listen to your voice with honest assessment. Identify your specific weaknesses and build your warm-up around addressing them. A customized 3-minute routine targeting your actual needs beats a generic 10-minute routine every time.
