LESSON 4 · Command Any Room
A Breath Drill
Put the breath work into practice. Picture an audience at the far end of a long hallway and speak to them, keeping your throat relaxed while your ribs and abdominal muscles manage a steady exhale.
Your voice should feel supported low in the body, pass through an open throat, and focus forward from your face rather than being squeezed from the throat. That coordinated airflow and vocal-tract shape is what helps sound carry across a room.
