After the Applause
Most communicators treat the end of a presentation as the finish line. It is actually the starting line. What you do in the next 48 hours often decides whether the idea turns into action or fades.

Send a follow-up email within 24 hours. Include three things: a one-sentence reminder of your core message, the clear next step, and a concrete deadline. Delay makes action easier to lose because attention moves elsewhere.
