Unwinnable Conflicts
Recognizing unwinnable conflicts requires honest assessment. You cannot win against someone with all the institutional power and no incentive to compromise.

There is one more sign worth naming: the issue is tied to deeply held identity beliefs. People defend who they are far harder than they defend a position, so logic rarely moves them. When a conflict reaches that ground, fighting harder just multiplies the damage to your time, energy, and relationships.
