Proposal Power Moves
Proposals fail when they describe features instead of outcomes. Apply the "so that" test to every point. "We will implement automated reporting" becomes "We will implement reporting so that your team saves 10 hours per week." Connect action to benefit.

Every word that does not persuade actively dilutes words that do. Delete "very," "really," "quite," "somewhat," "basically," and "actually" from your writing. Remove any sentence that restates what the previous sentence already said.
