Look For Patterns
After a few months of journaling, step back and read it all at once. Highlight the words, situations, and reactions that keep showing up — the repeats are where the real signal lives.
You might see: 'Under deadline pressure, people keep calling me curt.' Or: 'Praised for depth, dinged for slow delivery.' A pattern tells you your true priority far better than any single comment. Fix the pattern, not the one-off incident — that's where real change happens.
