Your Habits Are Anchors
You already run dozens of rock-solid routines without thinking: brushing your teeth, making coffee, sitting down at your desk. Each one is a free anchor you can hang a new habit on.

Here is why it works. An old habit has already carved a deep groove in your brain, so it fires on autopilot. When you bolt a new behavior onto that moment, the old cue does the remembering for you. You are not trying to build a trigger from scratch. You are renting one that already runs like clockwork.
