Avoiding Buzzword Overload
Too many idioms make you sound like a corporate parody. Use at most one idiom per point; clarity beats stacked phrases and keeps business English readable.

Also watch for idioms that have become so overused they annoy people. "Think outside the box," "at the end of the day," and "it is what it is" now trigger eye-rolls in many offices. The fix is simple: replace stale idioms with fresh, specific language that says exactly what you mean.
