LESSON 1 · Protect Yourself Online
Password Managers Are the Answer
A password manager generates, stores, and fills unique random passwords for every account. You remember one strong master password; the manager handles everything else.

Popular options include Bitwarden (free, open-source), 1Password, and KeePass (offline). Your browser's built-in password manager is better than nothing but less secure than dedicated tools. The switch takes an afternoon of setup and provides a permanent upgrade to your security posture.
